The Echo Mountain Inn in Hendersonville, North Carolina is a historic bed and breakfast nestled in the mountains with a gorgeous view. You can view their website here.

Registration Update

Hello again. Time is ticking as registration nears for our 3rd Annual Creative Mountain Retreat. Be sure to read through the previous post and the Registration page by clicking the Registration tab at the top of our page before you register on January 15th.

We'd like to share an update with you so you are ready and prepared for the big day. Each year, after our Retreat has ended, we extend a special invitation to our existing guests to register ahead of the public registration date. This is our thanks to them for their loyalty. Last year after our first retreat, we had a little over half of our guests return for our 2nd one.

This year, we extended the same invitation to register early to our existing guests. (Guests who came the first year, but didn't come the second year were not included.) To our delighted surprise, we had almost all our previous guests sign up again!

What does this mean to you? We now will have only 5 spots available on public registration day, January 15th at 7 p.m. EST. If you make it in and attend, you will get the opportunity to register early for our 4th retreat when it becomes available.

If you don't make it in, you'll be given the option to be put on our Waiting List in the event of a cancelation. (Note: we've had a few cancelations every year, so the chances are likely.)

The rooms we have available are:

Papa Bear, Room 210 (Single)
Little Echo Room 303 (Single)
Little Echo Room 401 (Single)
Little Echo Room 404 (Shared room with two double beds)

You can take a look at the floor plan and the rooms on the Echo Mountain Inn website.

We can only accommodate 30 crafters for this event, so we aren't able to put two people into any single rooms, regardless of bed size. Please do NOT make a reservation on the Echo Mountain Inn's website. All bookings for this event need to be done through us.

If you're going to be registering on January 15th, please wait until 7 p.m. EST. First come first served. Annette will be marking the time the e-mails come through and those which come in before 7 p.m will be invalid.

Here's what you'll need to do to have a valid reservation: E-mail AnnetteMGreen@gmail.com with the following information:

A. Name, email address, phone and mailing address
B. Room Choice (from the four above) listing 1st choice, 2nd choice, 3rd choice and 4th.
C. How you plan to pay: either in Full or in Payments (You'll be PayPal invoiced within a few hours)
D. Indicate whether you'd like to be on our Waiting List, just in case you don't make it in.

Again, all the payment breakdowns and details are listed in the previous post and on the registration page.

Now is the time if you have any questions about anything, so just let us know. Good luck!
