3rd Annual Creative Mountain Retreat Dates Announced!

Registration opens Tuesday, January 15th, 7:00 p.m. EST.

Ginger Ropp and Annette Green will host this year's event and we hope you can join us! Here's a little information about it.

WHAT 

A creative get-away with six fantastic crafting classes from Graphic 45 designers Annette Green and Ginger Ropp. Most projects will be made with Graphic 45 products plus more. This extended weekend is filled with lots of creative fun, fantastic food, free-time for relaxing or catching up on projects, and TONS of prizes and games throughout. The Echo Mountain Inn in Hendersonville, North Carolina is a historic bed and breakfast nestled in the mountains with a gorgeous view. WHEN 

Friday, September 27 through Tuesday, October 1st 

COST - Covers your accommodations, six classes, and all meals!  

Single Room  (If paid in full, up front) $1019.  (due Jan. 15th)

Shared Room (If paid in full, up front, per person) $959.  (due Jan. 15th)

Single Room  (Payment plan)  $1039.  Four installments of $259.75

Shared Room (Payment plan, per person) $979. Four installments of $244.75

Room choice will be given on a first-come first-served basis, with your first payment installment.  

Payment Plan dates: 
(1st) Due January 15 to hold your spot!  
(2nd) February 15  
(3rd) March 15  
(4th) April 15

Please note, your registration is not complete until payment is received. If you have any questions or problems, please e-mail Annette at:  AnnetteMGreen@gmail.com     

All reservations are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations after April 30th will not be refunded unless we are able to sell your room to another guest. If we are able to sell your room, we will refund your payment(s) less $100, as soon as the guest taking your place has paid in full.

If you are registered for a double room and your roommate cancels, you will be responsible for the full cost of that double room. You may have another friend register with us to replace your cancelled roommate. If we have a wait list, we will work with you to fill your cancelled roommate's spot.

Saturday: Morning class and afternoon class, evenings free

Sunday: Morning class and afternoon class, evenings free

Monday: Morning class and afternoon class, evenings free

Stay tuned for more details as registration nears on how to register. Starting at 7 p.m. EST January 15th we'll open registration. It fills FAST, so registrations will be taken in the order they come in. Any that come in before 7 p.m. will be invalid. The date stamp on Annette's email will be our guide. You'll receive an immediate response if you've successfully registered.

Waiting List is Now Open

Hello crafty friends. As expected, our 2018 retreat sold out quickly. Wow! We're super excited to see so many of our friends from the first retreat are coming again in addition to welcoming quite a few new faces.

If you missed out, or weren't decided when we held registration, there's always the Waiting List. There's no obligation at all. Just let us know you are interested in coming if there is a cancellation, and we'll add you to our list. Last year we had four cancellations, so odds are we'll have a few this year as well.

2nd Annual Creative Mountain Retreat Registration Open!

It's time to  register for our 2nd Annual Creative Mountain Retreat! Last year's retreat was amazing to say the least. This year the retreat will be hosted by Annette Green and Ginger Ropp. Below you will find the details about the 2018 retreat.

The dates for the retreat this year will be Friday, September 28 through Tuesday, October 2nd. We've extended the retreat an extra day based on feedback from last year's attendees!

The cost for the retreat covers all accommodations, six amazing classes, and all meals.

Single Room    (If paid in full up front)                   $1019  (due now)  $20 Savings!
Shared Room   (If paid in full, up front, per person)  $959  (due now)  $20 Savings!

Single Room    (Payment Plan)   $1039.   Four installments of $259.75
Shared Room   (Payment Plan, per person)     $ 979.  Four installments of $244.75
