Registration

Please read this page entirely before completing your registration.

The Echo Mountain Inn was built in 1896 and does not have elevators. If you need handicap accessible accommodations, please contact the Inn directly (828-693-9626) to discuss your needs before registering with us.

Please note that Echo Mountain Inn is a smoke-free, pet-free facility. There are designated smoking areas outdoors. Due to the nature of this event and the size of the Inn, we do not allow spouses unless they are a paid crafter attending our classes.

The Echo Mountain Inn offers single, and a limited number of shared rooms in different styles and configurations in both the Main building and the Little Echo Annex. All rooms have air conditioning, cable TV, wireless internet and private bath.

Cost:
Includes all accommodations, meals and six crafty classes! (Guests are responsible for their own transportation to the event)

Single Room  $1260.   

Shared Room $1186. per person/2-person accommodations   

DOWN PAYMENT: $250 due upon acceptance of proper registration. You will be contacted within 24 hours of your registration and then invoiced via PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account, you'll need to set one up now. The remaining balance will be due February 13th, which you'll also be invoiced for via PayPal.

Registration Details:
Registration opens Saturday, January 9th at 10 a.m. EST. Any registration attempts that come in before 10 a.m. will be discarded. (We know you're excited, but we need to keep it fair.) Here's how you will register:

1. E-mail AnnetteMGreen@gmail.com with the following information:

        • Name, phone, and home address

        • Room choice (Single or Shared)
        • Roommate's name (if booking a Shared room)

        • PayPal e-mail address you'll be using to pay
        • AGREE to the TERMS below. (Simply type AGREE)
        • Indicate if you'd like to be on the Waiting List if you don't get in

2. Once your registration is received, it will be processed in the order received. After your registration is processed, you will receive a PayPal invoice for down payment through the PayPal email address you provided. This can take up to 24 hours, so don't worry if you don't hear back right away.

3. You will receive a confirmation receipt within 24 hours. Please note, your registration is not complete until you receive our official confirmation email. If you have any questions or problems, please e-mail Annette at:  AnnetteMGreen@gmail.com

TERMS:

All reservations are subject to a $250 cancellation fee. Cancellations between February 14 and August 15 will not be refunded unless we are able to sell your room to another guest. If we are able to sell your room, we will refund your payment(s) less $250, as soon as the guest taking your place has paid in full. Cancellations after August 15th will not receive any refund and will instead receive the six class kits.

If you are registered for a shared room and your roommate cancels, you will be responsible for the full cost of that shared room. You may have another friend register with us to replace your cancelled roommate. If we have a waiting list, we will work with you to fill your cancelled roommate's spot.

Guests are responsible for their own transportation to and from Echo Mountain Inn.  There are several airports to choose from, such as Asheville, Greenville/Spartanburg, and Charlotte as there are also shuttle services to get you to the Inn. We can assist you with this when it gets closer to the event.
