2nd Annual Creative Mountain Retreat Registration Open!

It's time to  register for our 2nd Annual Creative Mountain Retreat! Last year's retreat was amazing to say the least. This year the retreat will be hosted by Annette Green and Ginger Ropp. Below you will find the details about the 2018 retreat.

The dates for the retreat this year will be Friday, September 28 through Tuesday, October 2nd. We've extended the retreat an extra day based on feedback from last year's attendees!

The cost for the retreat covers all accommodations, six amazing classes, and all meals.

Single Room    (If paid in full up front)                   $1019  (due now)  $20 Savings!
Shared Room   (If paid in full, up front, per person)  $959  (due now)  $20 Savings!

Single Room    (Payment Plan)   $1039.   Four installments of $259.75
Shared Room   (Payment Plan, per person)     $ 979.  Four installments of $244.75

Room choice will be given on a first come first served basis, with your first payment installment. You can view the rooms at the Echo Mountain Inn's website. Please note: 16 rooms have already been booked, so just follow the registration steps at the Registration tab at the top of this blog to coordinate your available room options.

Payment plan dates are as follows: 
1st - Due now to hold your reservation!
2nd - Due February 8th
3rd - Due March 8th
4th - Due April 8th

All reservations are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations after April 30th will not be refunded unless we are able to sell your room to another guest. If we are able to sell your room, we will refund your payments(s) less $100, as soon as the guest taking your place has paid in full.

If you are registered for a shared room and your roommate cancels, you will be responsible for the full cost of that shared room. You may have another friend register with us to replace your cancelled roommate. If we have a waitlist, we will work with you to fill your cancelled roommate's spot.

Friday evening: Meet & Greet, make-n-take, and sone "get to know you" fun!
Saturday: Morning class and afternoon class, evenings free
Sunday: Morning class and afternoon class, evenings free
Monday: Morning class and afternoon class, evenings free
Tuesday: Check- out
