2nd Annual Creative Mountain Retreat Announced!

Hello! Welcome to Your Creative Retreat blog. You've come to the place where you can find all the details for this annual crafting retreat.

Registration opens Thursday, January 11th at midnight EST! 
(midnight Thursday = Wednesday night turning into Thursday.) 

Ginger Ropp and Annette Green will host this year's event and we hope you can join us! Here's a little information about it.

WHAT 

A creative get-away with six fantastic crafting classes from Graphic 45 designers Annette Green and Ginger Ropp. Most projects will be made with Graphic 45 products plus more. This extended weekend is filled with lots of creative fun, fantastic food, free-time for relaxing or catching up on projects, and TONS of prizes and games throughout. The Echo Mountain Inn in Hendersonville, North Carolina is a historic bed and breakfast nestled in the mountains with a gorgeous view. WHEN 

Friday, September 28 through Tuesday, October 2nd 

(Yes! That’s another whole day added this year!)

COST - Covers your accommodations, six classes, and all meals!  

Single Room  (If paid in full, up front)        $1019.  (due Jan. 15th)

Shared Room (If paid in full, up front, per person) $959.  (due Jan. 15th)

Single Room  (Payment plan)  $1039.  Four installments of $259.75

Shared Room (Payment plan, per person) $979. Four installments of $244.75

Room choice will be given on a first-come first-served basis, with your first payment installment.  You can view the rooms at the Echo Mountain Inn's website. Available rooms currently are: English Country, French Country, Papa Bear, Mama Bear, Baby Bear, Lil Bo Peep, Little Echo #301, 303, 402 (shared room), and 404 (shared room).

Payment Plan dates: 
(1st) Due NOW to hold your spot!  
(2nd) February 8  
(3rd) March 8  
(4th) April 8

All reservations are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations after April 30th will not be refunded unless we are able to sell your room to another guest. If we are able to sell your room, we will refund your payment(s) less $100, as soon as the guest taking your place has paid in full.

If you are registered for a double room and your roommate cancels, you will be responsible for the full cost of that double room. You may have another friend register with us to replace your cancelled roommate. If we have a wait list, we will work with you to fill your cancelled roommate's spot.

RETREAT SCHEDULE

Friday evening: Meet & Greet, make-n-take, and some “get to know you” fun!

Saturday: Morning class and afternoon class, evenings free

Sunday: Morning class and afternoon class, evenings free

Monday: Morning class and afternoon class, evenings free

Tuesday: Check-out

AND YES, we’ll have the same wonderful caterer for our meals and the same fantastic breakfast offerings as we had in 2017!
